News and Updates

Finding Success

In October of 2014, U.S. Foods & Pharmaceuticals Holdings founded a fledgling company for overseas EB-5 investment candidates. The company is United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) compliant for receiving funds through the EB-5 investment program, a federally mandated program for overseas investors.

The EB5 program is part of the federal goverments efforts to create jobs in the U.S. for Americans living in the country by encouraging overseas investors to invest in U.S. companies. While the program is not new, recent changes have created greater incentive and opportunity for overseas investors to be involved.

Benefit to Existing Investors

The program is intended for U.S. companies seeking to expand, as such, it does several things:

A) It helps maintain existing shareholders interests.

B) It helps make investment capital available for companies to expand business.

C) It helps create employment opportunity for Americans.

D) Money loaned to the Company within the last 90 days is reimbursable from incoming funds

For USFP, it means an opportunity to continue our success, ramp sales, continue development and build value in the company.

Our efforts to succeed have been hard won, but we believe this program is a win for all involved and look forward to the opportunity for growth this program brings - we hope you agree.
